George is basically a loser who by luck has gotten himself into a pretty good position, using a woman who is addicted to cocaine to fill his pockets up by pimping her. This woman gives head to so many people that George has managed to get connected with various contacts through her.
He controls her through sheer intimidation and reminds her that she's nothing, worthless and would be dead without him which is untrue as untrue can be.
George found his way into the Gallows Hill gang by tagging. He used to run around with other Flores kids his age and attempt to do beautiful murals. Overtime their skills got better and their crew got larger. Needing protection, the crew had a choice of joining the new, small, Flores Courts Trece. Instead they decided it would be smarter to join Gallows Hill, however, some members still joined Flores Courts Trece. Flores Courts Trece was later swallowed up by Gallows Hill.
