Rosas has been regarded by others as, "Forced into the life, rather than willing." Was noted in Rosas's file as early as 2008, that "He appeared to be a well mannered young man despite his file and troubled background, unlike many youths they've worked with Rosas was described as "Remorseful, and stuck in a situation that he may never get out of.
Known Affiliation(s): Known member of the Gallows Hills 13 street gang. (Believed to of been initiated into the gang, as early as the age of 13.) Although Mr.Rosas claimed to be "Inactive" a title most gang members use in an attempt to convince law enforcement officers into believing their no longer involved in any criminal activities, Rosas has been seen with his old childhood associates back on the streets of Los Flores.
[UPDATE: One confidential source reported that Rosas officially became inactive, after the Gallows Hills street gang was hit with several blows by law enforcement imprisoning several of the remaining members, though sources have confirmed that Mr.Rosas still lives in the Los Flores area, whether or not he is still directly involved with the gang is unknown but he has been observed by law enforcement officers, as advising some of the younger members on what to do.]

Criminal Record
Charges: Sale of an controlled substance to an undercover police officer, possession of an controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Possession of an controlled substance with intent to resale. Simple Battery, Obstruction of Justice.--- 11/8/2008, Gwinnet County, Georgia.
Plead guilty and was sentenced to a total of 15 months, with a mandatory of 8 months in the "Young Offender" wing of Smith State Prison, Glenville, Georgia. Followed by 7 months on restrictive probation. [Notes: Was stabbed by another inmate in Smith State Prison 2-28-2009, reasons remain classified.]
Charges: Possession of a Firearm. [Served a week, and had to pay a 4,000 dollar fine.] STATUS: Released from County Jail after paying the court issued fine on 2-27-2012.
Charges: Attempted Murder [Later thrown out.], Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon. resisting arrest, assaulting an officer. [Later reduced to simple battery.]
Status: Acting on a tip the officers stopped Mr. Rosas's on the highway, an confidential source claimed that the vehicle Mr. Rosas's was driving in was the same one used in a shooting hours earlier. After being apprehended the firearm that was taken off of Mr. Rosas's proved not to be the same one used in the shooting, therefore dismissing the attempted murder charge.
Was sentenced to 8 months in county, pending further investigation.
